Squatting
Squatting is a popular exercise that strengthens your legs, glutes, and core. To squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your back straight. Lower your body by bending your knees, like you're sitting down in a chair. Go as low as you can while keeping your heels on the ground, then push back up to standing. Squats help improve balance, strength, and stability. Starting with bodyweight squats is a good idea before adding any weights.
